The Annexe Private Office

The Annexe Private Office is a secure space ideal for confidential virtual meetings, one-to-one consultations with clients or business start-ups.

The Parlour Meeting Room

Ideal for staff or committee meetings, training sessions or sales presentations, the Parlour Meeting Room can accommodate a variety of set-up styles seating up to 12 people.

A media projector, flip chart and various catering options are available on request.

Our private ground floor Studio, featuring a ceiling mounted media projector, can accommodate 24 people with direct access to the landscaped inner courtyard and a secluded rear patio.

The Tearooms at Murphy’s on Main Street will be opening in summer 2023 serving users to our health and wellbeing studios, events, programmes and workshops as well as locals, tourists, visitors, shoppers and passers-by.

    Thanks to National Lottery players and the Village Catalyst grant scheme, Ederney Community Development Trust have been able to caringly restore and extend No.15 Main Street into a community hub.

    The Village Catalyst scheme is a partnership initiative between the Department for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), the Department for Communities (DfC), the Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE).
